Monica Lăzurean-Gorgan is a producer and documentary film director. She is a member of the American Film Academy (Oscars) and the European Film Academy (EFA).
Monica has produced award-winning films showcased at prestigious festivals such as Sundance, Berlinale, IDFA, CPH, etc. Some notable films produced or directed by Monica include: “Acasă, My Home” directed by Radu Ciorniciuc; “Between Revolutions” directed by Vlad Petri; “Father” directed by Lina Vdovîi and Radu Ciorniciuc; “Bright Future” directed by Andra MacMasters; “Wood” and “A Mere Breath” which she directed herself.
